The T20 World Cup 2021 is set to begin from October 17 - here are the venue details for all the stages of the ICC tournament. The seventh edition of the T20 World Cup will be held in UAE and Oman. Although, initially slated to be held in India, the pandemic situation in the country forced the World Cup to be moved to the UAE and Oman.
The ICC on Friday, 22 September confirmed Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, St Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, and St Vincent & The Grenadines as the seven Caribbean venues that will host matches during the T20 World Cup 2024 from 4 to 30 June.
The USA is set to host the T20 World Cup for the first time, with Grand Prairie in Dallas, Broward County in Florida and Nassau County in New York chosen as the venues for the grand event. USA and West Indies were selected as co-hosts for the global tournament back in November 2021, when the ICC Board awarded them the hosting rights.

The ICC Men's Cricket World Cup will become a 14 team, 54 match event in 2027 and 2031, whilst the ICC Men's T20 World Cup will be expanded to a 20 team, 55 match event in 2024, 2026, 2028 and 2030. An eight team Champions Trophy will be hosted in 2025 and 2029. ICC World Test Championship Finals will be hosted in 2025, 2027, 2029 and 2031.
The International Cricket Council (), on Tuesday, announced the hosts of the next eight ICC events in the upcoming cycle starting from 2023 onwards.During that announcement, the ICC gave the rights of hosting the T20 World Cup 2024 o the Caribbean and the United State of America (USA).
On 29 June 2021, the ICC confirmed that the T20 World Cup would be played in the UAE and Oman. The tournament took place in four venues: the Dubai International Cricket Stadium , the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium , the Sharjah Cricket Stadium , and the Oman Cricket Academy Ground . [82]
